Replacing "Grenades" with "Flashbang" in LS and SF

Suggestion explained in one paragraph: I am suggesting to make a use of the grenades in LS and SF since it does absolutely nothing. @Brian92 and I thought about replacing the explosion with flash, the grenade will still explode in LV but it will cause flash in LS and SF. Here is a video made by me explaining how should it work:



Additional details that are necessary for the suggestion:
1- The flashbang will make no effects if the grenade is 10 units away from the player.
2- The flashbang will make no effects if there is something between the player and the grenade (even if it is too close to him).

This suggestion is worth the time developing because: Because it'd make a use of grenades in LS and SF.
