1. What is a business ?

     Definition: A business is an organization involved in the trade of goods, services, or both, with consumers. (credits goes to Wikipedia)
     In-game definition: A business is a better way to produce resources instead of buying from F7, and it is as well a better way to use resources which players get privileges from it.

2. Types of businesses
     
      There are 3 types of businesses and each businesses is devided into other types:
 
  A. For vehicles: Petrol Station - Pay and Spray - Mod Shop
  B. Factories that produce resources: Car Factory - Chemical Factory - Electronics Factory - Nitrous Factory
  C. Shops: Restaurants

3. How can I rent a business ?

      Each business has a marker near to it, if this marker is "blue" that means that this business is already rent by someone, if the marker is "green" that means that you can rent it by passing through the marker and pressing Z, an GUI will appear, you find all the informations you need.

-Proprety Storage (You must keep this stocked up in order to not lost the proprety)

You have to click on "Rent Proprety" in order to rent it, you can rent maximum 1 business.
      When you rented it, you have to add money to it (if the business requires hourly costs) and certain resources (depends on business type).
      When renting a business, you do no longer have to pay the initial price of $100.000 as it have been replaced by something else. The chance of losing your business increases with 1% every single hour, so other players can have a chance of renting one.

4. How can I lose my business ?
     
       In order to lose your business, you have to pur it out for resources and money for over 1 hour. The marker will simply become green as you lost your business.

Hourly Costs:0$ (City Island mod shops cost 1,000$ hourly rent)

  B. Factories that produce resources

-Nitrous Factory
Hourly Costs:$10,000
Requires: 1500 oil per hour
Produces: 7000 nitrous per hour

-Electronics Factory
Hourly Costs: $10,000
Requires:
-500 iron per hour
-500 oil per hour
-50 chemicals per hour
Produces:100 electronics per hour

-Car Factory
Hourly Costs: $10,000
Requires: 10,000 iron per hour
Produces: 200 engine parts per hour

-Chemical Factory
Hourly Costs: $10,000
Requires:
-3,000 Units of Oil
-100 Units of Hemp
-50 Units of Herbs
Produces: 150 Units of Chemicals per hour

  C. Shops

-Restaurants
Hourly Costs: $10,000
Requires:
-2.000 Units of Wheat
-5.000 Units of Fish
Produces: $150.000 per hour

- Removed the initial $100,000 cost of renting a business. There is now 1% chance every hour of losing the business, to give others a chance. (Arran + Mayrou)
