Best thing to do is get a free IRC client. (which won't expire)
For instance, Hexchat and Icechat are good and free.

When you will connect to the CIT server then in a few seconds, Favorite channels list comes just close that window and then write: /join #CIT

How do I disconnect from any channel?

When you enter any channel at IRC just close the windows that opens a new channel and you will eventually disconnect from there and in the mean while you must connect to another channel of you desire choice at "Favorite" of for new channel or use the "File" to connect to new server.

at Rigester this NickServ or thing like that , look it's in registering

Once you join the IRC service, you have to register there right instantly.
In the main channel 'CIT', type /ns NickServ register <yourpassword> <youremail> and you must enter valid email & password and you'll be saved. Then, when you open the IRC again, type /identify <yourpasswordhere> so you login officialy to your account in IRC, it's to validate your identity.
