Yes I understand you, I suggested something for rebels that military slready have and suggested for military rebels already have so both can be balanced fair and fun.
Your theory works only when both sides are balanced in their natural status but without both suggestions rebels side are better than military one.
Btw I am the one who suggested recover vehicles for military, I meant it, I meant not to suggest the same for rebels because if this suggestion was accepted then both sides will be a little bit balanced then you came now and suggested this suggestion so we are supposed to start from the beginning to balance both sides because rebels will be better military units (in advantages) if this suggestion was added.
