How can I work at the job?: Go to any rock, click on fire (Left Mouse Button(LMB)) a cursor will appear on your screen and you have to click on the nearest rock to mine it. You can sell the resources you can get from this job on market (F7) 
(NOTE: To cancel/stop mining, click on LMB once again.)

Job skins: Skin ID 27 , Skin ID 260
Resources you can get from the job: Gold, Explosives, Iron (rare, common) and Chemicals (There's a small amount of chemicals inside the LS Miner, its underwater and you need to craft O2 tank from F9 so you can dive and collect the chemicals)
What can I do with ''Gold'' instead of selling it?: You can craft 'Wedding Ring' from F9 and you can either sell it on F7 or use it to marry someone (F1 > How do I get married?)
What can I do with ''Explosives'' and ''Iron'' instead of selling it?: You can use ''Explosives'' and ''Iron'' in crafting all types of ammo. Check this or sell it on F7.
How can I craft Items? Press on 'F9' button, click on the item that you want to craft, check if you have all the ingredients and click on ''Craft'' button.

I think that is good idea and will be easy to Ls player to work there without going to up lawfarm to work the iron or to space to collect golden

I wanted to add that you can get chemicals now after this update

- Added a small hard to reach under water area to Miner job that has a barrel with 50 chemicals. (Arran)

And about the 2 skins, it's not skin 29, it's 27.
