Team Ranks

*Ranks privileges

State Official (SO):

You can do primary task of balancing out the community where the law side and the criminal side splits the player base into two parts.
Job Carrier is more as an administration (not a government) of San Andreas which takes great pride to serve the community in tasks that the heads of the law and criminal sides are not able to perform.
Ability to host weddings, as well as smaller but yet valuable tasks, such as keeping the roads of San Andreas clean.
Main role is to try giving a hand to the citizens (especially the new citizens) and grant each player a nice and enjoyable time within the server.

Police Chief (PC):

The role of a Chief of Police are to show leadership among Police Officers by setting good examples on how to do Police work, which includes following all server rules, efficiently apprehending and eliminating Criminal threats, having courage and bravery in dire situations, as well as eliminating corruption and misuse from the Police force as a whole.
Should alert other cops about possible threats or redirect them to respond to a particular distress call, or a location of high criminal activity.
Being a Chief of Police is not a job or right that you can just take or have, it is a privilege and a great responsibility that is bestowed upon you by the Police Department. It might have some requirements, but it doesn't mean that anyone having an excellent police statistics like thousands of arrest points, and hours will make one the Chief.
It requires popularity, as nearly most of the people from the law side should know you and your abilities, which may only be earned if you have enough experience in game.
A Chief must be able to lead, should be a good training host, both combined, and group wise, and the participants should be disciplined under him, which ensures that the officer has the leadership quality required to be a chief.
A Chief aspirant must be a long term law unit, with significant contribution to the side of the law. Which doesn't only mean getting into the top-killer in CnR events, but includes morality as well as creativity.

Criminal Boss (CB):

Criminal bosses have the ability to place certain barriers in order to help with criminal events.
To use these barriers, type /barrier ID (1-11)
Criminal Bosses also gain a tag that appears alongside their name when they speak in the criminal team chat it appears as [CrimBoss] this is there to make it easier to gain criminal attention when hosting events and making important criminal related announcements.
Criminal bosses get the ability of recovering vehicles, so if there's any obstructing vehicle or a vehicle that is blocking the road CBs will be able to recover it.
Criminal bosses get the ability of placing a blip in map, it can be used to get criminals' attention, pretty much helpful if you are hosting a cop killing event.
Criminal bosses are the best of the best when it comes to criminal activities it is their responsibilities to lead by example to other criminals and to support those we need it.
So you might ask should I aim to be a criminal boss well, Criminal Bosses are the highest order of the criminal society they are the best of the best and are the most respected criminals on the server.

*Perks about the Ranks

State Official (SO): Trying to be a helping hand to the community and possibly use our given tools to engage within the community as good as we can. If you ask us, we can host little Events (especially role playing stuff) and do things like Marrying Players.
The idea of the Officials system is not to split San Andreas into dozens of pieces and create independent states that are being led by State Officials. To the contrary, we are not trying to split any parts of the community, but much rather unite them, or at least make up for what the Lawand Criminal sides divide.
Ability to host events for civilians by using /soevent command.
Can use /warpto <playerName> to help newbies in their team/side.
Can view staff and supporters applications.

Police Chief (PC): /gochief - Is a command which employees you in Police Chiefs sub-team. You'll get a skin, and police chief powers/abilities.
/pcpanel - PC panel is a short form of Police Chief panel. if you type this command, a Panel will be opened with multiple buttons like Sack, Gochief, APB, Close window etc. and a search bar.
/mis <name> - Is used when a Player(no matter if he's a cop/criminal/civilian/ES) is misconducting. It issues 0.3 wanted Levels to the Misconductor and a Notice that he's breaking this rule. 1 star.

sacking - Sack is actually a BAN from cop job, A police chief can sack a COP who is breaking a rule which are mentioned here. Police chief can sack someone using /pcpanel > sack > filling the reason, putting time in hours and clicking on Sack. If someone is sacked, he can't take the police job for the time he's sacked for. Police Chiefs can also unsack a player using the same method, in case they need to remove the punishment before the actual time.
/lawblip message - Will make a blip appear to the entire law side on the Chief's position with the message included. This is used to highlight someplace of riot where the Chief wants other cops to respond to. To remove the blip, /lawblip delete should be used.
Ability to Despawn vehicles - A police chief can de-spawn a vehicle if it is obstructing, by pressing numpad_3 and clicking on the vehicle.
Ability to use "/Pc chat" - This chat is accessible for everyone with basic police chief access meaning that it covers most part of the staff team too, it mustn't be misused and only used for Police Chief matters.
A red colored [Chief] appears after a Chief's name in emergency chat to highlight the calls or orders in comparison to other cops.
The [Chief] tag for team chat instead of just emergency chat.
Ability to open Basses gates but only if there's a wanted criminal inside or if the chief has permission from the group. Must not abuse it.
A special skin, restricted to Police chiefs only, which is implemented when you do /gochief.
A forum rank with title 'Police Chief' is given after you get accepted for Chief.
Eligible for roster achievements and perks.

Ability to gather a bunch of criminals and attend MDM, armed robberies etc together.
Can gather some criminals, tell them to mark and protect you then go around SA killing cops.
Ability to Defend the Fortress, by regroup with 5-10 criminals in the fortress and massively kill cops/take the fortress

*Requirements:

State Official (SO): You may apply even if you don't meet all the requirements, but don't expect high chances! But anyways, you may try your luck! Not meeting the recommendations will decrease your chances drastically.

1. Community Engagement

• You need to have a generally good behavior within CIT.
• You should be known.
• Be at least Junior Community Member OR meet the requirements for Regular Community Member.

2. Civilian Experience

• Must be a decent level in at least 4 civilian jobs.
• L6+ in at least three civilian jobs.
• People from Criminal or Law-groups must be at least L7+ in two jobs
Note: Medic is not considered as a civilian job.

3. Punishments and Miscellaneous

• Must have no forum warning level.
• No serious bans without good reasoning.
• Must have more than 500 hours of play time.
• When applying, you can not withdraw your application due to the positive/negative votes given.

4. History within CIT

• Must not be known as a trouble maker.
• Must be able to behave professionally.

Recommendations: For good chances, you should meet these (You can apply without these, but if you don't meet them, your chances will decrease drastically)

1. Community Engagement

• You have to be a civilian worker or spend at least a decent time of your play time on the civilian side of the game. If you prefer being a criminal all day or crushing criminals with your nightstick, go apply for Criminal Boss or Police Chief
You need to have a generally good behavior within CIT. If you are known to be completely immature, ignorant and have a really bad call, don't apply.
You should be known. We do not require you to participate in events all the time or be in groups, because that would exclude potentially good candidates, however, you should be known if you want to get trust.
• Be at least Junior Community Member OR meet the requirements for Regular Community Member. If you don't meet both of these requirements, you can still apply, but if you can't be bothered to participate in forum discussions, then how are we supposed to believe that you want this rank to help the communtiy?
• You may not apply if you applied for PC / CB in the past 2 months and got denied.
• Should have done stuff for the server, such as having suggested stuff that got implemented. Better, even civilian related features.
2. Civilian Experience
• Must be a decent level in at least 5 civilian jobs. L7+ in at least one job.
• People from Criminal or Law-groups should ALSO be L8+ in at least 2 civilian jobs, that's the outcome when • spending a decent time as civilian when you aren't mainly a civilian. If you have less than 2 L8 jobs that means that your law / criminal side is not allowing you to be a civilian enough because you have to be cop / crim all the time, so why not apply for Chief / CB?
Must know how every civilian job works incase a new player is going to ask for help.
3. Punishments and Miscellaneous
• Must have no forum warning level.
No more than one staff punishment in the past 2 months. No punishment in the pastonth
• Must not have a serious ban in the closer past without go reasoning.
• Must have more than 700 hours of play time.
4. History within CIT
• Must not be known as a trouble ker.
• Must not be known to have misused any previously given rights you, for example being kicked from a group for use.
• Must not be known to be unloyal and hop from group to group and misuse the groups trust all the time.

Application Guidelines

• You can apply 1 month after being denied.
• For your application, you have to create a topic with the title "State Official Application - <Your Name>" and post nothing but the filled format into the topic
• Do not edit your application after you posted it. Many people like to do something sneaky when editing it, like hiding some points they need to hide. Read your application before sending it. Editing your application after posting it will lead into a straight denial.
• Only State Officials (not Associate SO's) and L5 Staff members can post in an application. Votes are cast in topic, but can be private by PMing AHSO or HSO with them. Do not double post.
• You may not ask for votes or try to cause a similar fraud. Should you (attempt to) use any way to manipulate your initially natural and neutral votation process, your application will be denied and you may not apply again.
• We will find your application, no need to send anybody dozens of SMSes.
• To be accepted, Application must be open at minimum 12 Hours (Does not apply to denials)
Applicants can't reply on their applications, or reach out to State Official about their application, or that State Official's particular vote. However, if there is something important that needs to be explained, applicant can PM AHSO HSO the info.

State Officials Guidelines

Show content
As a State Official you are meant to represent the heads of the Civilian Side, as well as to adhere to certain rules to uphold your respect within the community. If you decide to break any of these simple rules, you will most likely end up being demoted to a normal citizen.

1. Must always wear the correct and official ingame name to prevent confusion of an unknown State Official.
1.1. Changing your name for a very short time is OK (for example if you want to do something "anonymously", you should however notify another State Official first [so we can contact you when needed]).
1.2. Performing any SO activity as well as using the civilian workers team chat (with the [SO] tags) while not wearing the official name is prohibited to prevent confusions.
2. Must always abide by all CIT ingame rules.
3. Must not misuse the marriage powers at any given time, such as marrying the same person multiple times with the sole intention of using the global server message appearing upon a marriage.
3.1. Must not use the command to intentionally cause fail marriage that will spam the 2 partners with messages such as "Your partner does not have a wedding ring"
3.2. Must not marry players more than 2 times a day, if they request more than a second wedding they are just too mentally challenged to decide or just want to mess around with you, which you should ignore.
3.3. Upon a SMS request for a wedding, you must always ask the provided "partner" if they really want to marry the person.
3.4. Must stay friendly as it's expected by a representative when you are doing your work, even if players become distracting when they won't listen.
4. You may never despawn a vehicle that is normally driving.
4.1. You are not here to hide wrong side driving vehicles, it's the administrators job to go against misconduct.
4.2. You may not hide vehicles in use when cleaning the farm, unless the vehicle is being used to troll/crash/block.
4.3. According to a conversation with a L5 staff, doing stuff like hiding a criminals vehicle during a pursuit or anything of similar kind will lead straight to a ban of your account.
4.4. You are given this ability to hide vehicles in the farm that are not used and therefore cause FPS drops to people when they pile up. You can also hide the ones standing alone in the middle of the farm, despite the ghost mode, due to the FPS drops. Out of the farm, you may only hide larger vehicles or planes in the middle of the road.
4.5. In special cases of recovering a vehicle outside the farm, it may be an advantage to have a screenshot.

Application Points System:

To pass the application process and be accepted your application must receive 11 out of 15 points. Here is a distribution of the points and how you can gather them.
• There is a total of 15 points that you can aim for, out of which you must have at least 11 to be accepted.
Note: Once an application has passed, a distribution of staff members will consider the application and if there is a good reason not to add you to the State Officials team, the application might be denied. This case is not expected to occurr frequently.

- Application: (1 point)
- Community Engagement (3 points) (Are you Community Member / Do you make forum posts alot / Participation in discussions / Implemented suggestions, ..)
- State Official Votes (6 points) (the current team of officials will submit a vote and the percentage of positive votes will be multiplied with 0.6 for the result to represent the percentage of 6 points)
- Civilian Engagement (3 points) (Are you a civilian alot / Your civilian job levels / Are you member of a civilian group / Did you contriibute to the civilian side by for example suggesting things or taking part in discussions regarding this)
- Catch-all (2 points) (Other things that may affect yourself as a person or your work, Community opinion might also have a slight influence on this)

• If you manage to reach a total of 11 points or more, your application will be passed in for a final voting, and in the normal case, you should then be accepted. If not, then there must obviously be a good reason for that. Any kind if biased votes will not be considered, though this is not expected by CIT Staff or State Officials. Community Opinion may be voiced, which will however not have a major effect. Unanimous disapproval might lead to re-considering the points distributed in "Catch-all"

Police Chief (PC): 1. Basic Requirement
Approximately 500 Hours | 700 Arrests | 60,000 Arrest Points
You must be Trusted and Well-known for doing good Police work in the community
Your name should not be in any official law group / law blacklist

2. Application
Go to Application Guidelines and Statuscopy the format.
Submit and apply with your application Here
The Police Chief team will gather their opinions about you and then the HPC's will decide whatever you pass for probationary period or not.
3. Probationary
Once accepted, will be added as a Probationary Chief, where you won't be allowed to use /gochief command, and trainee's actions will be scanned for a couple of weeks by the Head Chiefs. During this period, they are allowed to sack cops and issue APBs, but should not use /gochief command. After the end of the review period, it will be decided on whether to accept him/her as a regular, or kick out.

Rules:

#1. Rules and Requirements
#2. You may only apply after the expiration of the date given by the HPC/AHPC. (Either a HPC or AHPC will tell you when you will be able to apply again)
#3. Make a new topic for your application, with topic (subject) name as "Police Chief Application - YourName".
#4. You are not allowed to edit/modify your application once it has been posted, doing so will end up in an automatically denial no matter how small the changes was.
#5. You are not allowed to contact the head chiefs about your application, no matter how long time it takes before we reply.
#6. You are not allowed to appeal our decision even though you had the majority of votes but still denied.
#7. Assistant Head Police Chiefs and Head Police Chiefs may vote but they mustn't comment others opinion as to prevent discussions in a pending application.
#8. You are allowed to object if you can prove that someones assumption is invalid but it will be taken into your account.

Note

• I honestly thought this was common sense but apparently it wasn't, asking for votes is strictly prohibited and doing so will lead into auto denial without questioning and believe me, we will find out if you asked for votes or not.
• Votes are not to be discussed thus not changed, you make one reply and one vote
• Maximum amount of words used in comment about respective applicant may not end up being more than 60 words, this is to avoid reading through great walls of text when judging an applicant

When can I be a Chief?

• Selection of Chief is a bit lengthy process, similar to the selection of Staffs. Its not that whenever a cop meets the requirements he would become a Chief.
• Logically, in real life, we only have 1 Chief in our entire Police Department to lead the law enforcement. But since this is a game, none of the chiefs would do his normal 8 hours duty like real-life cops, that is why several chiefs are appointed to ease out the job. So the point is, we won't appoint 100 cops as chiefs, even if their stats are high.
• It requires enough popularity, as same as of being a Staff, even more than that. If you look at the Roster, you'll see the people who are Chiefs has been around for 1 or 2 years, and pretty much every law unit knows them. That popularity isn't gained by oiling the staffs or HPCs, or trying to be popular by chatting random on main or trying to lead the laws by giving fake commands like "Go Go, Rush Rush" on emergency chat, which actually points out your inability to lead. But the popularity and reputation is gained by your service towards the law, the group you are in, the group's reputation, your rank and if not a group, then yours. By rank, it doesn't mean you create a random group and become OVS of it by copying other official groups, and would get the Chief job.
• You should understand yourself. Just by PMing some HPCs, about willing to be a Chief won't help. You should have enough popularity and reputation and decent behavior that while nominating you we would say "Oh this cop, he is great, nothing against him, lets make him a Chief", rather than saying "What? Who? We don't even know him!". Basically the people who never asked for being a Chief or are matured enough to find out on their own about how to be a Chief, be it from forum or from other sources, are the ones most likely to be a Chief. People who would contact the HPCs or other PCs trying to grab their attention and asking about how to be a Chief clearly points out that they are even unable to find something from the forum, or find out on their own, so how can they take decisions on their own as a Chief of a Department?
• HPCs and other PCs constantly monitor the activities of the cops. You might think the HPCs are too busy in their own group, or with their staff job or something else, and they won't recognize you, so you can just grab their attention and become a Chief, is so wrong. They always have an idea on who has the potentiality to be a Chief, and who doesn't, from their experience in real life, as well as in game. So they would nominate or select from the applications the correct person, in most cases.

Promotion System

The promotion system is quite simple, AHPC/HPCs are required to nominate certain chiefs they think are ready to take the next step using forum PM. They are to send the PM to all active AHPC+ and voting process would take place. Once the candidate(s) has/have gotten 3 or more approvals, promotion would be given.

If a police chief is caught using the rights they're not supposed to, punishment is highly viable.

Guidelines

Show content
•All sacks are logged and under review, and may be challenged any time. You are requested to take a screenshot of the situation which lead you to sack the cop and note down the necessary evidence to help prove your sack.

You are supposed to take a sufficent amount of proper screenshots of the incident, that clearly show the rulebreak and make the sacked player able to understand what he did if he appeals the sack or of the team management wants to review your sack. Although, the sack won´t be automatically declared invalid if the Chief fails to take a decent amount of evidence of the incident, Instead he will be interrogated about the incident, and in the worst case, might receive a punishment.

• If a cop breaks more than one rule, ignored warnings from a chief or abusing their job, do not use sack reasons such as "Multiple rules broken" or "Ignoring Warnings" as they do not tell us what the cop was actually doing. Instead, type in the rule or rules the player was breaking so we'll know exactly why they were sacked.
• If a police officer is roaming around with Van (in van heist mission) intending to troll, waste time or farm money, they can be sacked for an hour or 2 depending upon the severity however you should always warn verbally first. Abusing the bug to stand on the Van Heist must be solved with the /mis feature after a warning.
• Do sack cops in the Rare and Severe situations if that is really necessary to do so. Any Chief caught exploiting their privileges will have the Chief rights permanently removed as well as possibly receive a 30-day ban from the CIT server for Exploiting.
• Do not use /gochief command in front of a criminal, and get an unfair advantage in arresting the suspect.
• When placing an APB you should have personally chased or spectated the criminal in question and he must also be fairly hard to arrest(not in exploitish ways), actually dangerous, not having sufficient police attention already, then you are allowed to APB him, not if you simply spot him having a high WL in F5. CE participants are not APB material due to obvious reasons. Any APBs targets that blatantly waste law units time and/or prevent law units from responding to more important activities cause more obstruction to the field than bringing help and are not what the feature is meant for. APB may be posted as plan-B action on riot participant with highest wanted level if the riot is open-door/not abusive and when other actions against the riot have failed. Additional requirements: No auto APB at the riot already, no high priority activities on the field, successful takedown of the riot must be realistic (enough cops available).
• Only use /mis name (gives the person a wanted level) when the circumstances requires so, one example could be traffic block where people really don't give a damn about other people in busy areas. Other examples are transporting wanted criminals, blocking firefights with the body while being unwanted etc. People shouldn´t be arrested by the same chief within 10 seconds after applying the wantedlevel to prevent gaining an unfair advantage.
• Num_03 is stricly forbidden to use for fun, it's meant to be used in cases of real blocking and that goes for cars misconductly parked across the road, not cars that are being parked while the cop is chasing someone. Severe cases of people griefing with cars, blocking , ramming, especially monstertruck griefers should be recovered rather than reported.  Barriers can be recovered in all cases of punishable barrier misuse.
• Generally doing anything significantly stupid with the copjob, exploiting/abusing it or doing something that pisses the lawside off can lead to a sack in the worst case. There is no such thing as "this wasn't declared as rulebreak in the guidelines"

Head Police Chief Guidelines

• A Head Police Chief should always act with maturity, be rational and stay diplomatic in his/her decision
• A Head Police Chief should always strive to be the front leading unit and never leave anyone behind nor ignore others opinion
• A Head Police Chief should always keep an eye out for new potential candiates
• Any obvious bias or unfairness will be treated strictly, giving yourself or your friends an unfair adventage will be punished accordingly
• Every Head Police chiefs' opinion is treated equally, meaning no one can overwrite another ones
• The supervisor will manage the rules, if he fails to moderator the HPC's he'll be removed by Leading staff member

Valid Sacking Reasons

Death-Matching: Ramming with a police vehicle intentionally and continuously. May be sacked for 1 hour.
Misconduct: Constant hitting of unwanted players with the nightstick (except in CnR events), blocking races, players in other jobs with vehicles or using body to block other cops' fire intentionally, disturbing a police training/event or doing anything which a cop shouldn't do and is disrespectful towards other officers and violates the teamspirit and trust among cops.
Inappropriate use of emergency chat: If a player is constantly spamming, speaking non-English or advertising in /e, sack for no more than 1 hour. Telling other cops that you arrested the APB is misuse, there is already an automatical message for that. A police Chief may also sack if he feels as his issued warning is being ignored and general chatting shouldn't be found in the law chat, keep those in local chat considering CIT global rule #6. There's no need to sack for spam/non-English in Team chat because a Staff will most likely handle the issue.
Aiding Criminals: If a Cop is aiding a Criminal by giving them transportation, or helping him escape from other cops, or accepting a bribe when others are chasing him, the cop can be sacked for the reason "Aiding Criminals". However, standing near a criminal without assisting in arresting him is not considered as aiding. This may also occur during a LS turfwar, if a cop evidently ignores a certain faction and begins attacking the opposing faction (as an attempt to help a group capture the turf) They may be sacked aiding criminal(s). A turf aider should be verbally warned, before getting sacked, unless the given evidence is extremly clear and the involved cop is knowingly abusing his cop role, most likely based on a report that has been sent by non-chiefs, and there was no opportunity to officially warn the criminal. Assisting APBs or helping them to become APB is not allowed.
Barrier Misuse: Depending on the severity of misuse, should be sacked around 15 hours.

Invalid Sacking Reasons

• Includes the breaking of general server rules (accounted in F1), as they are under the jurisdiction of a Staff, and not a Police Chief. They include, but not limited to -
Non law related: Misconduct; Non English, Trolling, Griefing, Flaming, Spamming, Misusing Any Chatbox (except /e); Inappropriate name; Camping; Cheating; and the other rules that the staff team apply staff punishments for.
If you find a rule breaker, in that case to notify a Staff immediately.
Exploiting: There may be an exception to this one. If you come across a bug that somehow involves abusing the cop job, get some kind of evidence of exploiting to report a Staff, then kick the exploiter from the cop job for at least 5 hours to ensure he can't exploit it any more until a Staff can deal with the report.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Suppose a Cop just flamed you in Team [Y] chat, what should you do?
A: A correct answer would be to either tell Staff to check the Team chat or take screenshots and report them on the forum.

Q: Suppose a Cop is using a non-Police vehicle to block the Pay-N-Spray near the Mechanic job in LS, what should you do?
A: A good answer would be to report him for Misconduct, Trolling or Griefing. You are not obligated to sack in this case because the cop is not trolling cops (specifically), but all players of server, which means an admin should handle with this. You can also issue a warrant using /mis <name>, or recover his car via NUM_03 >  clicking on it if you have the rights.

Q: Suppose a Cop is using his Police LS to block a Street Race starting point, what should you do?
A: A correct answer would be to sack him from the Police job for 1 hour for Griefing, Trolling or Misconduct. This is because the cop uses "police equipment", which is the cop car from PD. Cop cars are cheap and, if used for such purposes, lies under the violation of police rules.

Q: Suppose a Cop is constantly spamming, advertising a house he has for sale in the /e Law chat, what should you do?
A: Sack for 1 hour for Spamming Law Chat.

Q: Suppose a Cop is aiding a 6-star Criminal by driving him around in his Infernus without arresting him, what should you do?
A: Sack the cop for 1-2 hours for Aiding Criminals. It doesn't matter which vehicle they are using. If they're going to help Criminals avoid being arrested, they shouldn't be a Police Officer.

Q:: How do I know if the cop has arrested the criminal or aiding him?
A: The criminal should have a text "Arrested by Cop" on top of his head.

Q: Can a cop get sacked for killing medics in criminal events?
A: No. This is something that Staff members should take care.

Q: Can a cop get sacked for camping in areas near criminal events?
A: No. This is something that Staff members should take care.

Q: A criminal was being chased by a few cops, suddenly a cop friend of the criminal came and accepted his bribe. Can the cop be sacked?
A: Yes for 1 hour, with a reason of "Aiding a criminal, Bribe". The cop betrayed the general rule of police department, and aided the criminal to escape his crime, and thereby putting the effort put down by the other chasing cops into a waste.

Q: I posted my application right before a small change, will that be a problem?
A: Of course not, we are taking into consideration that we made small changes and that it affected your application, the applications are only expected to be different. Though you may not modify it.

Q: If we should chase a criminal before placing an APB on him, other cops can't request APB's?
A: They can, but you're obliged to ensure that the criminal really is a dangerous one.

Q: How much is ''low wp''? (I mean, some consider 300wp is not enough, others 400wp, others place APB's on 100)?
A: Even criminals with below 100 WP could be considered as dangerous, it's a Police Chiefs judgement that counts.

Q: An unwanted player is aiding a criminal in his car to help the criminal escape. Can a PC use /mis (misconduct) on the unwanted driver to give him wanted level?
A: Yes, as it will stop that player from spawning cars rapidly for the wanted criminal for a period of time. (Explanation: Criminal aid, assisting a wanted criminal (criminal activity), assisting the wanted criminal by avoiding being unable to spawn vehicles (indirect exploit).

Q: What do I do if a Police Officer unintentionally misplaced a barrier or is exploiting it?
A: You may press NUM3 to despawn the barrier if they have misplaced it by accident. On the other hand, if a barrier is being exploited by an officer, they can be sacked for 15 hours.

Q: Someone is standing in the van and refuses to get off so I?
A: After warning you are allowed to use /mis feature and issue stars to the individual.

Application Rules/Guidelines:

Criminal Boss voting rules!

Show content
1. You cannot vote for your groupmate or  that are in the same business/squad/alliance. You can, though, state some things you see since you are in the same group/squad/alliance. This rule is removed for now. Might be added again.

 2. You are not allowed to vote for your friends just because you know each other. You must be fair with everyone, including your RL/IG friends.

 3. You cannot vote no or yes without giving a serious reason. If you vote no for someone because you hate him you will have your rights to vote removed.

 4. You can state your opinion even if you have already voted about anything but you cannot protect your friends/groupmates/alliances only.

 5. You are not allowed to tell another CB what to vote. The vote must come out of the topic with everyone's posts/opinions.

 6. Don't provoke/flame/abuse your powers. Just because we are CBs doesn't mean we can control or do anything.

 7. If we find in your logs you force/push people to actions they don't want, you'll be removed from Criminal Boss.

 8. Telling an HCB to accept someone for any reason, will get you removed from the team and the guy who applied will be denied.

 9. Creating reasons and excuses to make someone get denied while he deserves it but you don't want him in the team, will get you issued.

 10. Spamming anyone from HCB team to vote on 1 specifyc application fast because he is your friend will get him denied immediatly.

 11. Criminal Bosses are not allowed to comment on votes for each other, just state your vote as you want and let others do the same, HCBs will discuss everything in the end and punish biased people if there are any.
