@GeBro  I think you should add arabic punishment and ban appeals

Also add "Non-English in main/team" and "Advertising outside Trading"
I just stated the English thingy, as of course all of the players are not arabic, so I won't state every langauage of course :D
@GeBro Also add for misusing chats like support chat or other chats
Fixed it

You may add the following :

-Chat Misuse : Copying and pasting logs and illegal characters (such as 'ʳᵉᵃᵈ ᵗʰᶦˢ') from private chats to public chats (Main, team and local). You could also get muted for 'Chat misuse' if you don't use support chat properly.
You may add this, also there is a small part was added recently to the rule which is that you can't ask someone in main/team to SMS you as alot of people got muted for that (inculding me) without knowing the new rule.

Add this:
Quote from: Cherry
How can I appeal my punishment? REMOVE PUNISH????
PM me your account & serial and your explanation why it should be removed. I warn you, I don't tolerate a nasty attitude or sentences like:
- You piss me off
- You're unfair!
- If I were your friend you wouldn't have punished me!
None of those have anything to do with your punishment. And you may check Vazz' punishlog for punishments I've issued on friends.

I don't think so , I don't think that Cherry would remove any punishments caused by any other staff team member without getting the whole story of the punishment , she might refuse to remove it because some stuff might be behind the story the guy provided to her as well so its better to PM / SMS that staff who punished you , Telling him why should it get removed .

P:S: make sure that the punishment were 100% undeserved / not a fair punishment before sending PM/SMS to any staff.

Also according to Arran's post staff team members have the rights to ignore it .

Before you speak ask yourself if what you are going to say is true, is kind, is necessary, is helpful. If the answer is no, maybe what you are about to say should be left unsaid.

Add the chat misuse rule. You can get muted for chat misuse if you spam the support chat, ask a non-CIT related question, misuse the superadvert with some trolls. Also trolling can be like, making a group to troll X person or X group.

You may add this:

Religious Arguing:

Talking about religion, government, politics, wars. Insulting someone because of their religion and such.
In an age of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act. — George Orwell

You may change this:

The mute reason 'Support Chat Misuse' has been changed. Now the mute reasons are 'Ignoring Supporter' and/or 'Chat Misuse'.

-Ignoring Supporter: Misusing support chat such as spamming, talking non-english, chatting there etc. and then ignoring supporter after they have warned you.
If a staff punishes you for misusing support chat then the reason would be 'Chat Misuse'.
