The job had been used by many players and re-adding it again would wonderful and fun. I suspect that the strip club is still out there in northeast LS, so giving the place a job seems fair enough.

I have re-added the hooker job as the title requests, I have not added this promotion system because you don't explain how it would work and it's not what you requested because it's not part of "the hooker job".
