[IMPLEMENTED] Add AR icon for cops.

Basic suggestion.

Add the same blip for cops that crims have when there is an AR.

Cops have the CE blip but not the AR blip. I asked a QAM and they said its not a bug so here it is as a suggestion.

I can't think of a reason why this was not implemented, so unless there's some serious reason behind that, I believe the icon will make it easier for new players to understand where the Armed Robbery is happening, the icon should appear after police officers get informed about the robbery though.

It becomes hard for the new cops to find a specific AR, one of the reason is because they are not used to the environment and the locations, so adding the icon will help them.

Though, before I vote, @Ariana the blip will be there after the specified time for cops right? Where they won't be able to use /arl or enter the AR area before a minute or something.
